Terms and Conditions
When placing an order with The Cake Pop Company Ltd, all orders are subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
Payment can be made via our website through Paypal using a Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account, Paypal do accept payment via a credit or debit card. Full payment must be made before we can dispatch your cake pops. If you are paying via an invoice we have sent to you, payment can be made via a cheque or BACS transfer. All BACS payments and cheques must have cleared before we can dispatch your cake pops.
If placing an order significantly in advance of when you require the cakes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance is then due 4 weeks prior to the dispatch date.
All prices include first class postage unless otherwise specified. If you have selected first class postage and requested that your cake pops arrive by a specific date, your order will be dispatched at least 2 working days prior however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the Royal Mail postal service. Any orders where a next day delivery supplement has been paid will be delivered before 1pm whereby a signature will be required upon delivery. For orders being sent via courier, we can provide you with details of the courier and a parcel tracking number. All orders require a signature on delivery.
Loss or Damages
We package all our cake pops with the utmost care and attention, however we cannot be held responsible for any products lost or damaged once they have been left in the care of Royal Mail or any other courier service or during a customers own transportation or storage. We cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order more than 14 days prior to dispatch of your cake pops, we will offer a full refund less any deposits paid. However, cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. In the unlikely event we have to cancel an order, we will offer a full refund.
As our cake pops are a food product, we are unable to issue a refund.

All of our cakes are individually handmade and therefore, there may be some differences between products.
