What is a cake pop?

A cake pop is a delicious homemade truffle cake made from chocolate sponge and vanilla buttercream. It is dipped in a chocolate candy coating, decorated and served on a stick.

 

How do I place an order?

You can order direct from our website by using the drop down menu under each cake pop range. You will be redirected to paypal to make payment for your cake pops and provide us with all the required details. Postage is included in the price, however, if you would like free local delivery, please contact us and we will send you an amended invoice. If you require a quantity not listed on our website please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

Please advise us at the time of ordering if you have any special requirements such as cake flavour or colour, different delivery address or specific delivery date. If you would prefer, you can order by email here or contact us on 07779 645107.

 

What is the minimum order quantity?

Yes, our minimum order is 8 cake pops.

 

How far in advance do I need to order my cake pops?

Cake pops are normally dispatched within 2-3 days of placing your order. If you know when you require your cake pops for, we always recommend ordering as early in advance as posisble to ensure we have availability as some weeks we do get fully booked.

 

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes certainly. All of our cake pops are sent via either Royal Mail or overnight courier throughout the UK.

 

Do you deliver internationally?

We generally only deliver to UK adresses however, please enquire and we will be happy to advise you further.

 

How will my cake pops be delivered?

The prices listed include first class postage with Royal Mail. If you require your cake pops on a specific day we do recommend the guaranteed delivery date supplement of £5. Both postage options do require a signature on delivery. Deliveries are Monday - Friday only.

 

Do you offer local delivery or can I collect my cake pops?

Our bakery is based near to Henley on Thames in Oxfordshire. Collection of your cake pops can be made with prior arrangement. We will happily deliver your cake pops within 10 miles of our bakery however, a charge may apply.

 

Will all my cake pops be identical?

As all of our cake pops are individually handmade, there may be small differences or imperfections between each cake pop.

 

How long will my cake pops last?

As the cake pops are coated in chocolate, this helps retain their flavour and freshness meaning they can last up to 14 days.

 

How do I store my cake pops?

Our cake pops are best stored in a cool dry place. They do not need to be refrigerated unless it is very hot. If so, please leave in their cellophane bags to ensure that the chocoalte is kept at it best to prevent it from sweating.

 

How can I display my cake pops?

Displaying your cake pops at home is extremely simple. You can place them in a vase of sugar - the will very easily stand up. Alternatively, you can stand them in polystyrene which you can cover with wrapping paper, paint or simply wrap a ribbon around. But don't worry, they are so yummy they won't be around for long! Alternatively, we can supply polystyrene cake pop displays, please contact us for a quotation.

 

How will my cake pops be packaged?

All of our cake pops are individually wrapped and dispatched in a standard gift box. Alternatively, you can opt for a keepsake gift box or a cake pop bouquet. If you are sending your cake pops as a gift, then please indicate at the time of order and we can include a gift message at no extra cost.

 

How do you ensure that my cake pops don't arrive damaged?

All of our cake pops and boxes are thoroughly wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them during the postal process. However, whilst we package our cake pops with the utmost care to ensure they arrive with you in tip-top condition, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.

 

Do your cake pops contain nuts?

None of our recipes contain nuts however, we do have nuts used within our kitchen and whislt we do our utmost to ensure that there is no cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that our cake pops will not contain nut traces.

 

Do you supply allergy information?

We can supply a full list of ingredients on request. All orders will include a list of any known allergens that are included in our cake pop recipes.

 

Can you supply gluten free cake pops?

We can provide cake pops made with gluten free flour, however, they will be made within an environment where gluten based products are used.

 

How do I pay for my cake pops?

If you order online payment can be made via Paypal using a credit or debit card or through Paypal if you already have an account. Alternatively, contact us with your requirements and payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque. Full payment must be made upon confirmation of order.

 

Do you take a deposit?

For orders made more than 6 months in advance we take a 25% deposit with the remainder due 4 weeks prior to the dispatch date.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order more than 14 days prior to dispatch of your cake pops, we will offer a full refund. However, cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
